McCormick Q4 net income down 1.4%
McCormick & Company, the US-based manufacturer of flavour products, has reported that its net income fell 1.4% to $131.7m for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2011, down from $133.6m a year earlier, due to acquisition-related transaction costs and higher raw material costs.
